New contract is signed with LIDL Ploiesti branch

SYNERGY has signed a contract with successful grocery chain LIDL for the construction of their Ploiesti branch. Constructed area will be 1600m2 on a 11000m2 plot. Works started on 24.10.2011 and scheduled to finish on 30.04.2012.

New Project at the heart of Bucharest

SYNERGY Construction was appointed as General Contractor with a Joint Venture Apolodor, for the Universitatea Underground Parking which is located at the heart of Bucharest (Piata Universitatii).

The employer is Square Parking and City Hall and SYNERGY will be the leader of the Joint Venture. The underground parking will be consisting of 3 underground levels with over 400 car park spaces along with 25 motorcycle parking places. The build area will be 12.500 square meters and the construction period will be 12 months.

SYNERGY in Country of Georgia for SIEMENS

SYNERGY has been awarded by SIEMENS for the HVDC Plant Phase I Civil Works at Akhaltsikhe Georgia as part of the Black Sea Transmission Network Project , one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Georgia, which is containing two HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) back-to-back links in order to transmit 350 MW of controlled electric power generated in various hydropower plants in Georgia to Turkey.

The works have been commissioned on 01.02.2011 and SYNERGY will execute the project via its established local company SYNERGY Georgia LTD. This new establishment in Georgia, in addition to Ukraine and Libya, strengthens the SYNERGY reputation as an "International Contractor".

SYNERGY became a member of Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC)

SYNERGY recently joined the Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC).

RoGBC is a non-profit, non-political association of businesses and other organizations active throughout the country. RoGBC is the leading organization promoting environmental responsibility and energy efficiency in the Design, Construction, Operation, and Deconstruction of Romania's buildings.

Work Progress at Braila Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant

As SYNERGY we are proud to announce at Braila Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant, since the beginning of the works, in 2 months time frame, 20.000 m3 of excavation, 45.000 m3 of backfilling, 1800 ton reinforcement, 20.000 m2 formwork and 16.000 m3 of concrete works have been executed with success beyond the pre-scheduled work schedule.

SYNERGY Graded as 9th Biggest Contractor in Romania

Synergy started works at Braila for the Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant

SYNERGY has signed a contract with Passavant - Roediger GmbH for the construction of the Braila Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant. The main client is Dunarea Waterworks Public Company. Duration of the project is 10 months.

Our group company, Met Engineering SA, has signed a contract for the extension of Boryspil International Airport, for the partial supply of the material and all the labour works related with mechanical installation.
