GENERAL CONTRACTOR/TURN-KEY PROJECT

The client is a British Textile group and it is their first investment in Romania. It will accommodate 270 textile machines and 700-800 employees; Construction area 6,000 sqm, green-field investment on a 4,550 sqm land.

10 Months (November 2002 - October 2003))

Construction

• Total construction area of 5,800 sqm on 4,550 sqm land
• The office part is 1.200sqm, each floor 580sqm.
• The production unit is 3.720sqm, each floor 1.860sqm.
• The warehouse is 800sqm and it is included in ground floor production area.
• The anti-atomic shelter is about 216sqm, and is made from concrete, and also has evacuation tunnel.
• Prefabricated Column & Steel Structure (190 tons)
