The construction of Rose Garden Project consists of 902 apartments, with commercial areas and green spaces and 1100 parking places. The architecture design of the project is assured by Westfourth, which is one of the most prestigious design firms on the construction market bringing its contribution to the accomplishment of many A class office buildings and residences. The client is Tebodin. Tebodin is a company with 12 (twelve) years experience in development of real estate projects in 9 countries from Central and East Europe: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Ukraine.

The construction of Rose Garden Project consists of 11 buildings with 902 apartments, 3.000 sq m commercial areas, green spaces and 1100 parking places.
