GENERAL CONTRACTOR

Rostock 2000 is a French investment in Romania, established to invest in warehouse and office buildings. Synergy Construct SRL has been nominated in May 2003 as the general contractor for the second phase. Second phase it is located at the same place and has a surface 5,000 sqm including 500 sqm office spaces.

Construction

• The office part is 500 sqm, and the warehouse unit is 2,600sqm.
• The exterior platform works are 1,500 sqm.
• Prefabricated Columns, metal structure, Rannila system for roof & wall cladding.
