Description of works

The project consist in construction of an underground parking place, located in Bucharest – "Piata Universitatii". The shape of parking place is delimited by the following streets: Regina Elisabeta, Ion Ghica, Academiei and Toma Caragiu having a total surface of 4.716 m ² with technical area of 249 m ². The underground parking will have 3 levels with 2,75m height for each level and a free height of 2,20m. The final surface of the parking will have 400 parking places for cars and 31 parking places for motorcycles.
